Looking for the best baby-friendly resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico? A mom and travel advisor shares her top 5 picks with infant care, baby gear, and thoughtful amenities that make traveling with little ones easier, from Turks & Caicos to Riviera Maya.

Top 5 Baby-Friendly Resorts in the Caribbean & Mexico — From a Mom and Travel Advisor

Let’s be honest: traveling with babies isn’t always easy. But the right hotel can turn a stressful getaway into a relaxing, joy-filled vacation. As a mom of toddlers and a travel advisor, I’ve done tons of research on the best resorts that actually make traveling with little ones feel manageable (and even fun!).

I’m excited to share my top five baby-friendly resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. They’re in no particular order, just five that I truly love and trust.

1. Beaches Turks & Caicos

This is hands-down one of the best resorts for families with babies. In addition to stunning, calm beaches, Beaches offers a complimentary kids club for ages 0–2 with certified nannies, plus amenities like bottle sterilizers, cribs, and even a Sesame Street partnership. This exclusive “Caribbean Adventure with Sesame Street®” program offers immersive experiences like story times, baking sessions with Cookie Monster, interactive puppet-making, stage shows, meet-and-greets, and character breakfasts. The on-site water park includes a splash pad and shallow pools, perfect for little ones just getting used to the water.

2. Four Seasons Nevis (St. Kitts and Nevis)

If you're looking for something more luxurious but still baby-welcoming, The Four Seasons Nevis is one of my favorite picks. Cribs, baby gear, and kid-sized amenities are provided in-room, and one-on-one babysitting is available. There are calm beaches, shallow pools, and adorable nature-based activities like shell collecting and monkey spotting, making it just as magical for babies as it is for their parents.

Fora Perks:

  • Daily breakfast for two
  • $100 hotel credit for rooms or $200 for suites/private retreats
  • Room upgrade on arrival (based on availability)
  • Early check-in & late check-out (based on availability)

3. Grand Velas Riviera Maya, Mexico

This is my top choice in Mexico for traveling with a baby. Grand Velas offers an ultra-luxury all-inclusive experience, complete with a baby concierge who ensures your room is fully stocked with cribs, strollers, bottle warmers, baby bathtubs, and more. They truly go above and beyond to make families feel welcome and cared for.

Fora Perks:

  • Upgrade on arrival (subject to availability)
  • Complimentary hydrotherapy circuit for two
  • $50 spa credit per adult, per night
  • Early check-in / late check-out (based on availability)
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

4. Windjammer Landing, St. Lucia

If having a kitchen and separate bedrooms is important to you (it was for me when my kids were babies!), then Windjammer is a great fit. Their beautiful hillside villas offer full kitchens, gorgeous ocean views, and plenty of space for little ones to sleep separately. The calm beach, baby gear on request, and private nannies available make this a relaxed and flexible choice for families.

5. Club Med Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

It’s rare to find a resort that offers child care for under-2s, but Club Med does! Their Baby Club Med accepts children from 4–23 months (additional cost) and includes indoor/outdoor play, naps, and meals. There’s also an abundance of baby-friendly features like high chairs, cribs, stroller-friendly paths, and family entertainment. Bonus: it’s just 10 minutes from the airport, making arrival and departure a breeze.

My family enjoying a trip to the Caribbean!

As a travel advisor who’s also a mom, I get it. I know what it takes to make a trip with a baby feel smooth, safe, and even indulgent. I’ve been to over 30 countries, and I love sharing my firsthand experience with my clients, whether it’s booking the right flights, finding the perfect suite, arranging transportation, or crafting baby-friendly itineraries.

If you're ready to plan your next family vacation, I’d love to help. You can find me at Bit.ly/EmilyBennettForaTravel or by emailing emily.bennett@fora.travel. Because no one understands what you need better than a fellow mom who’s right there in the thick of it too.
